Join Phoenix Aquatics

We’re excited to welcome new swimmers and families to Phoenix Aquatics.

To apply for membership, please complete the membership form and return it to phoenixadmin@nzlswim.com.

Once received, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your registration, squad placement, and next steps.

Before submitting your application, please ensure:

• All sections of the form are completed
• The membership declaration has been read and signed
• Any relevant medical information is included

All swimmers are required to be registered with Swimming New Zealand and Swimming Auckland as part of their membership.
